Important Shipping Updates Re: Coronavirus Pandemic – COVID19
Jan 2021 Update:
Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic there is inevitably going to be delays in receiving orders. Our delivery providers here in the UK Royal Mail & Hermes are working hard with other countries to ensure Mail/Parcels are received in a timely manner. Currently, there are no delays expected here with us in getting orders out on time and should this change we shall update accordingly.
To help slow the spread of the Coronavirus and until further notice orders will be sent out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only. For any orders placed on Friday after 3pm they will be dispatched the following working day.
In addition, we will ensure all our products are cleaned / wiped where possible, but please note crystal products can react badly to disinfectant so these will be just wiped with a clean cloth.
Delivery Partners
Our current selected delivery partners are Royal Mail & Hermes for all our National and International delivery services.
Our delivery charges including packaging and shipping costs and are calculated during the checkout process. These are based on the most effective pricing based on weight and volume.
We believe we offer a safe and reliable, value for money delivery service for all our orders. We always seek to offer the most cost effective delivery method for each order. If we discover we can offer an alternative delivery method at a lesser price, we will contact you before dispatching the goods.
All orders are treated as a priority and we aim to process the order as soon as it arrives. It can take upto 2-4 working days to arrive after your payment has been confirmed. If your order has not arrived within 10 days then please email [email protected] with your order number and contact details.
If you are in a rush to get the goods, please let us know and we will do our best to get things moving faster. Please order before 3pm for guaranteed Next Day delivery services.
International orders can take between 3 to 10 working days depending on where you are to arrive, after your payment has been confirmed. Taking into consideration of any customs clearance that may be required. If your order has not arrived after 14 days then please email [email protected] with your order number and contact details.
Please be advised that every country has different customs laws and your order may incur other charges whilst in transit. MystikalZen is NOT responsible for these charges. We will do our best to send it to you the cheapest, fastest and safest way we can.
